"Sometimes life puts you in a lot of hard situations, BJJ always shows me a better answer to move on, to be patient, to get the better answer, when you find your self in triangle choke on a omoplata, on the bottom or even someone mount on you! You have to get out to find the best way to survive most of the times and BJJ gives me those tools"
